Yes, you can prevent attendees from messaging specific participants in ConnexMe:


  1. Go to evenium.com

  2. Click the Login button or Click My Events if you’re already logged in

  3. Click on the name of the event underneath the I organize section to enter the back office. 

  4. Click Participants located on the purple bar

  5. Click the last name of the participant you want to hide

  6. Click Advanced Options

  7. Check the Block Private Message(No Recipients) box

  8. Click Save at the bottom of the page


To prevent multiple attendees from contacting specific attendees:

  1. Go to evenium.com
  2. Click on the "Login" button or on "My Events" if you are already connected.
  3. Click on the event name under the "I'm organizing" section to enter the back office. 
  4. Click Participants located on the purple bar
  5. Check the box next to the names of the participants you want to prevent from contacting other participants
  6. Click Modify on the top of the page
  7. Select ConnexMe
  8. On the drop down underneath block private messages, click Yes
  9. Click Update to save your changes

Yes, you can prevent participants from sending messages to specific participants in ConnexMe :


  1. Go to Evenium Facility through your identification link that you must have been given when you created your platform
  2. Fill in your login and password and click on "Login". 
  3. Click on the event to enter the back office
  4. Click on "Participants"
  5. Click on the last name of the participant you want to prevent from contacting other participants.
  6. Click on [+] next to the Guest Category (at the top of the participant's form)
  7. In the "Cannot send private messages" section, click on "Yes"
  8. Click on "Validate".


To prevent multiple participants from contacting specific participants:


  1. Go to Evenium Facility through your identification link that you were given when you created your platform
  2. Fill in your login and password and click on "Connect". 
  3. Click on the event to enter the back office
  4. Click on "Participants
  5. Select the participants you want to block from sending messages by checking the box next to their last name.
  6. Click on the "Edit" button at the top of the page
  7. In the "ConnexMe / Cannot send private messages" section, change the status to "Yes".
  8. Click on "Validate".
