First, you'll need to go to the profile of the attendee with whom you want to schedule a meeting. You can do this by:
- Clicking on their name from the live feed on the Interact tab or
- Clicking on their name from the Participants tab
Once on their profile:
- Click Appointment
- Click when you are both available or
- Specify your date, time, and location.
- Note that the organizer decides which rooms are available for appointments.
- Specify your time zone if necessary
- Click Send
