First, you'll need to go to the profile of the attendee with whom you want to schedule a meeting. You can do this by:


  • Clicking on their name from the live feed on the Interact tab or
  • Clicking on their name from the Participants tab


Once on their profile:

  1. Click Appointment
  2. Click when you are both available or
  3. Specify your date, time, and location.  
  4. Note that the organizer decides which rooms are available for appointments. 
  5. Specify your time zone if necessary
  6. Click Send
