Why is it useful?

On the day of the event, a guest wants to join a workshop that was not pre-booked? With the ConnexMe app, you can register them immediately for any session in your program. No need to use the back office: ConnexMe becomes your operational management tool on the day of the event.

How does it work?

If you are interested in this feature, please contact the Customer Success Team, who will activate it on your account.

Once the feature is activated:

  1. Go to the “Guests” tab in your app and click on the guest’s profile:









  1. Select “Register to sessions”.


  1. Choose the session you want to register the guest for.



  1. Click “Save.”


Once registration is complete, the session automatically appears in the guest’s personalized agenda:

On your side, by accessing the same guest’s profile, you can also see the session they have just been registered for:


From each guest profile, it is also possible to modify their session registration using the designated icon:
