Why is it useful?
Do you want to offer guests a simple and intuitive entry point to navigate your event?
The Home tab in ConnexMe centralizes all the essential information and main features in one place.
Thanks to this tab, guests can quickly:
Find key event information.
Access their personal profile.
Scan QR codes generated by our OnSite application.
Check the FAQ.
Give feedback on the app and the event.
How does it work?
1. Main icons
On the Home page, the following icons are automatically displayed:
Interact: ask questions, answer polls, and join discussions.
Agenda: check the event program.
Guests: view the list of guests.
Other icons can be added if configured from the back office:
My Registration: access the registration form on your website.
Interactive Map: access maps and event locations.
Documents: access documents added in the back office.
Sponsors: view the list of sponsors with detailed profiles.
Exhibitors: view the list of exhibitors with detailed profiles.
Speakers: view the list of speakers with detailed profiles.
2. Icon configuration
To customize the icons displayed on the Home page:
Go to your back office.
Navigate to Configuration > ConnexMe Configuration.
In the Features in the Agenda page section, add the menus you want.
Note: The Agenda, Interact, and Guests menus are visible by default and do not require any configuration.
3. Other Home tab features
Help & Feedback
Access the FAQ for app usage.
Rate the ConnexMe app.
Share feedback on the event.
Scan a QR code
Scan QR codes generated by the OnSite application to share your business card (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, and Job Title) by email.
Personal Profile
By clicking on your name, access your personal profile.
Check your information and interactions (comments, likes, etc.).
Switch event
From the Home page, you can log out of the event in one click.
