Why is it useful?

Do you want to give your sponsors and exhibitors maximum visibility with your guests? With ConnexMe, they have a personalized space within the app to showcase their profile. This autonomy allows them to manage their visibility directly, without always relying on the event organizer.

How does it work?

Each sponsor or exhibitor can be represented by a coordinator, assigned by the administrator from the back office.

Once the coordinator is designated, they can, from the ConnexMe app:


  1. Customize their profile:

By clicking on the corresponding icon, they can add:

  • Logo

  • Presentation video

  • Description





  1. Add contact information:


By clicking on the dedicated icon, they can provide:

  • Website

  • Contact email

  • Company address

  • Phone number

  • LinkedIn URL

  • X (Twitter) URL

  • Facebook
