On our tool Evenium.Net:
By default, everyone will be able to access the event in ConnexMe.
- Go to evenium.com
- Login button on the top right of the page or click My Events if you’re already logged in.
- Click on the name of the event underneath the I organize section to enter the back office
- Click Participants located on the purple tab
- click the Last Name of the participant you want to ban
- On the right side of the page, click Advanced Options
- Check the Ban From ConnexMe box
- Click Save to save your changes
To ban multiple attendees:
- Go to evenium.com
- Click on the Login button at the top right of the page or click on My Events if you are already connected.
- Click on the event name under the "I'm organizing" section to access the back office.
- Click Participants located on the purple bar next to the names of the participants you want to ban
- Click Modify on the top of the page
- Select ConnexMe
- On the drop down underneath Ban From ConnexMe, click Yes
- Click Update to save your changes
On our tool Facility:
By default, everyone will be able to access to the event in ConnexMe.
- Go to Evenium Facility via your identification link that you were given when you created your platform
- Fill in your login and password and click on "Connect".
- Click on the event to enter the back office
- Click on "Participants"
- Click on the last name of the participant you want to ban.
- Click on [+] next to the Guest Category (at the top of the participant's form)
- In the "Ban from ConnexMe (connection forbidden)" section, click on "Yes".
- Click on "Validate".
To ban multiple participants:
- Go to Evenium Facility through your identification link that you were given when you created your platform
- Fill in your login and password and click on "Connect".
- Click on the event to enter the back office
- Click on Participants
- Select the participants you want to ban by checking the box next to their last name.
- Click on the "Edit" button at the top left of the page
- In the "ConnexMe / Ban from ConnexMe (connection forbidden)" section, change the status to "Yes".
- Click on "Validate".
