On our tool Evenium.Net:


By default, everyone will be able to access the event in ConnexMe. 

  1. Go to evenium.com
  2. Login button on the top right of the page or click My Events if you’re already logged in. 
  3. Click on the name of the event underneath the I organize section to enter the back office
  4. Click Participants located on the purple tab
  5. click the Last Name of the participant you want to ban
  6. On the right side of the page, click Advanced Options
  7. Check the Ban From ConnexMe box
  8. Click Save to save your changes 



To ban multiple attendees:


  1. Go to evenium.com
  2. Click on the Login button at the top right of the page or click on My Events if you are already connected. 
  3. Click on the event name under the "I'm organizing" section to access the back office.
  4. Click Participants located on the purple bar next to the names of the participants you want to ban
  5. Click Modify on the top of the page
  6. Select ConnexMe
  7. On the drop down underneath Ban From ConnexMe, click Yes
  8. Click Update to save your changes


On our tool Facility:

By default, everyone will be able to access to the event in ConnexMe. 


  1. Go to Evenium Facility via your identification link that you were given when you created your platform
  2. Fill in your login and password and click on "Connect". 
  3. Click on the event to enter the back office
  4. Click on "Participants
  5. Click on the last name of the participant you want to ban.
  6. Click on [+] next to the Guest Category (at the top of the participant's form)
  7. In the "Ban from ConnexMe (connection forbidden)" section, click on "Yes".
  8. Click on "Validate".


To ban multiple participants:


  1. Go to Evenium Facility through your identification link that you were given when you created your platform
  2. Fill in your login and password and click on "Connect". 
  3. Click on the event to enter the back office
  4. Click on Participants
  5. Select the participants you want to ban by checking the box next to their last name.
  6. Click on the "Edit" button at the top left of the page
  7. In the "ConnexMe / Ban from ConnexMe (connection forbidden)" section, change the status to "Yes".
  8. Click on "Validate".
